How does East Valley Power Washing work?
You fill out a 30-second form with the property type, what needs cleaning and your ZIP. We pass a summary to vetted local pros who do that work, and the ones who want the job get your contact details. They text or call with quotes, usually within 1 business day. It's free to you, and hiring is up to you.
East Valley Power Washing is a referral and matching service. We are not a pressure washing company, we do not perform any cleaning, and we do not have an office customers visit.
The process
- You send a request. Use the 30-second form. Tell us whether the property is residential or commercial.
- We share it with vetted local pros. First we send pros a summary without your contact details (job type, city, size, details). Pros who want the job claim it, and only then receive your name and number.
- Pros contact you. Usually by phone or text, to confirm details and quote.
- You compare and decide. No obligation. If you hire a pro, you pay them directly, and your contract is with them.
How we're paid
Pros pay us a small fee for each request they choose to claim. You never pay us.
How partners are vetted
Before a pro can claim requests, we check:
- General liability insurance (certificate on file)
- Reviews: a public review history with a solid rating
- Methods: soft washing for stucco and paint, surface cleaners for flatwork, protection for plants and fixtures
- Licensing where required: any pro offering sealing or coatings must hold the right Arizona ROC license for that work
- Responsiveness: pros who don't contact customers promptly or get repeated complaints are removed
We review partners when they join and when customers give feedback. We can't guarantee any partner's work, so please check reviews and get the scope and price in writing.
If no pro reaches you
If no pro contacts you within 1 business day, or a pro doesn't show, tell us and we'll match you with another vetted pro at no cost. We can't guarantee any pro's workmanship; get scope and price in writing.
Your information
We share your request with a short list of local pros, only so they can quote your job. We don't sell your information to lists or marketers. See our privacy policy.
Calls may be recorded
Calls to our number may be recorded for quality and to confirm referrals.
