What is East Valley Power Washing?

A free matching service, not a cleaning company. You send one short request, we pass it to vetted local pros who do that kind of job, and they contact you with quotes. You pay the pro you hire directly, and you never have to hire anyone. Pros pay us a referral fee.

Do you do the cleaning? No. We're a matching service. We connect you with vetted local pressure washing pros who quote and do the work.

Is it free? Yes, for homeowners and property managers. Pros pay us a small fee per request they claim.

Will lots of companies call me? No. Your details go to a short list of pros, and only ones who claimed your job.

What if nobody calls? Tell us. If no pro contacts you within 1 business day, we'll send your request to another vetted pro.

Is pressure washing safe for stucco? Stucco should be soft washed with low pressure and cleaning solution, not blasted at close range.

Will pressure washing remove oil stains? It often lightens them a lot. Old, deep stains may not come out completely, even with treatment.

Do pavers need re-sanding after cleaning? Often, yes. Pressure washing can remove joint sand, so many pros re-sand after cleaning.

How often should I pressure wash in Arizona? Many homeowners clean flatwork once or twice a year, and after a big monsoon dust storm.

What's the white crust on my walls and pavers? Often hard-water calcium from sprinklers or efflorescence. It may need a specific cleaner, and fixing sprinkler overspray helps prevent it.

Are calls recorded? If we or a matched pro call you about your request, calls may be recorded for quality and to confirm referrals.

Who do I pay? You pay the pro you choose directly. Your agreement for the work is with them.
